How to not show window contents when drag and resize ?

Short answer: it's not possible.
Long story: Nobody has implemented this feature in openbox yet. And
even if it would speed up the entire system, there are no plans to
implement it neither. There is a bug report for openbox with it ** but
nobody has even take a look at it... so don't expect this soon.
