Wiki Team Lead

Lets not loose sight of the subject at hand. Submitting names of personnel
who would like to be a wiki docs lead. The process should involve names
being submitted along with a wiki page perhaps stating your expereince and
works within the community. Then at the next lubuntu team meeting a vote
should take place where someone will be elected.
