Geeqie's user interface might not be uniform with other apps, but I
think it is handy, fast and feature rich anyway.

BTW I have not yet used a linux distribution that makes color
management easy. Representation of colors varies between applications.
For example chromium-browser and firefox present image colors
differently. I have not found a way to set system screen profile for
different screens in use. On the other hand, it may be hard to get a
color profile for your display, if you don't have a Windows OS,
additional profiling hardware and software.
