Hi,

well depending on what you wish to announce / ask etc. then going via the
sub-teams [1] is advised as it lets our poor head of dev not get too
swamped in emails. Each team reports back weekly to our meeting with news /
updates etc. Anything requiring a general consensus of the lubuntu users
can be put to a vote at the meeting or opened to the mailing list.
