UI polishing

Hi, i was just thinking about Lubuntu look and feel.
We have a lot of different apps, either gtk2 and gtk3, so obviously is 
not easy to have a common look, the point(s) is (are):
1 - The Pangolin gtk and openbox theme is a good starting point, i think 
we should keep it for 12.10 and improve it
2 - We need some Ui redesign in common tools.

With the gtk3 switch this should be easier, i hope we'll be ready to do 
it soon.
