Permanently deleting files at once

Hi,
As far as I know, in any system (perhaps I'm wrong), at least Windows and
all Linux Distributions that I have tried (+50), Pressing
*Del+Shift*should do the same.

IMHO, this is a common behavior in most if not all Operating Systems
(Windows and Linux Distributions) and I'm not sure if it's worthy to add
one line on our Wiki to mention that?
