alternate site for beta 2

As usual, the servers groan at the number of people downloading the beta
2's.

To help us out, I've mirrored the following :

Please use those links for a faster download and reduce the strain on the
ubuntu server network.

I've not done the Mac ones as AFAIK our Mac users are also our Mac testers,
so will have the latest version anyway. If there is a desire for me to put
them on, please just ask.
