IRC reminder

If someone else doesn't mind, it's either me or you Michael who will send a
reminder each and very week. One of us by default must do that and other
one just need to remind him JUST in case he forgets.

We MUST be careful and NOT send two emails at the same day because,
unquestionably, that will make everyone confused and no one needs that ;)

So, who will send that reminder?
