PCManFM and Removable Devices

In the meeting two weeks ago did Julien ask if everyone could check if
previously reported bugs were still valid in precise. Other than that I
don't know if all those old bugs can be just removed. A good bug will have
a way to reproduce and if a bug can't be reproduced I would deem it
invalid. But that's for the dev(s) to decide.
