Of course Lance, I will ellaborate. 
Everything is cluttered into the left corner, this makes it hard to read visiually as the collumn on the left (Resources, News, Twitter) pretty much integrates with the "main text". I know it's tricky to fit everything on a space meant to be viewable by 800x600 users (not sure if this was a requirement when the site was designed, but it should've been).
