New theme for lubuntu.net

Hi,

Few quick comments:

1- Nice Job - Looks at least better than the current one :)
2- It's too white, isn't it?
3- IMHO, few more pictures won't harm
4- Most importantly, Blue Color or Lubuntu Color must be IMHO more visible
and obvious. Otherwise, it would be so white and the font is gray so that
is not very helpful for weak eyes.
