Monochrome tray icons

Hi Piotr,

All applications have monochromed icons that are ready for
implementation, but some are held back due to technical issues.

Both Osmo and Sylpheed handle their tray icons in a weird way and I
believe (if I remember correctly) that they are hard coded into the
software. You could take a look in the source and see if you can find
an easy way to patch either application.
