Keep doing good shit instead. I need no "leader" to tell me to do good
shit. On the contrary rather.
This is the second time in two(three?) months you guys are debating
governance models. FOCUS!
A leader won't hack for you.
A leader will not respond to posts in mailing list/irc/forum/whatever.
A leader will not triage bugs.
A leader will not provide packages.
A leader will not make revolutionary proposals in blue prints.
A leader will not make you guys happier as a default.

You need to focus and work together as a group. I guess those not
engaging in these discussions are already doing all the above, with no
need for a leader.
Do whatever Canonical need you to do but nothing more. Everything else
is up to you as individual.
Post plans.
Provide patches.
Communicate with the inner community.
Spread the word about lubuntu to the wider community/the world.

In short: Focus and do good shit.
