Topposting and sending HTML happens on lubuntu-users mailing list too much (was: Fwd: Could we follow the Code of Conduct of Ubuntu mailing lists?)

I do not understand why we want to bottom-post, when it is by default for many mail clients to top-post. Mail in iOS does not allow to bottom-post.
