Who is in charge? and Non PAE CPU

Hi,

*This email is **probably **addressed to Lubuntu Developers:*

I'm not sure who is in charge of the development of Lubuntu? I've been
around in the first two weeks of May and witnessed the change but have no
idea what happened after that?

I'd also like to know what is the best and the easiest way to find out
whether the CPU is a PAE or Non PAE?

With Lubuntu 12.04, we have decided to go for the generic Kernel so what
about 12.10?
