support questions need answering

I'm not sure based on conversations where we agreed to put this so I'm
going to enumerate a couple:

  * how to turn off tap to click on touchpads (I've seen lots of
    suggestions but I want to know THE answer; sadly I don't remember
    what I did)
  * how to change the action of clicking on the notify window

I know there are others but I'm not thinking of them. Anyone else?
