Logout menu when pressing power button

well you could (A) file a bug on lubuntu-default-settings to at least
get the openbox workaround or (B) include julien here. these might be a
better approach than the meeting. at some point we'll have so many
issues to bring up at the meeting we won't be discussing anything but
bugs ;)
