I already reverted it. If you still have it by default, remove in your
configuration file (~/.config/openbox/lubuntu-rc.xml) the lines below :
    <!-- Option to maximize all normal window when launched-->
    <application type="normal">
      <maximized>true</maximized>
    </application>
