organize the lubuntu.net team

We need to know where our lubuntu.net website is.  Is it progressing?  Is it stuck?
(During the #lubuntu-meeting meeting, we realized we have a lack of understanding in regards to progress on the new lubuntu.net website.)

So we need to organize.  No?
The meeting said organize, and we can't build a pretty new lubuntu.net without teamwork.
