I don't think something like this exist. But LXDE / Lubuntu use
sometimes the same components, like GTK+, GIO, D-Bus ...

LXDE is not like GNOME or KDE, which are very integrated. LXDE is a
collection of programs, which try to work well together. Most of them
use C, Glib, GTK. But by design, you should be able to change any
components for another. Each component is also quite independent, in the
developpement and the release process.
