Re-development of Lubuntu.net [Re: Clipboard manager or similar]

Hiyas,

our comms team got off to a bad start. I have issued am offer for one of
the other teams that I am on admin on to get involved into the system. We
did, in the past, get a suggestion going for our site. It is some thing I'd
really like to get going again, but we do require people to commit to the
idea.
