Fwd: Getting Involved

Hi Boss,
oddly enough the retired 'head' of comms asked me to put a version of
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Lubuntu/SubTeams in for that page.
Yeah, as I've given that link out a couple of times for new people coming
on board I agree that it should be mentioned. Some where on our wiki area
is going to have to be the GpG key stuff as done
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/GnuPrivacyGuardHowto for people coming on
with their lp pages. But. with the re-think of FAQ being split back into
beginner / advanced / expert I think it belongs at the advanced section.
But, that is another can of worms... do we simply have 'Beginner; and
'Advanced'?
I'll get the basics done on the page, the rest of the mailing list can
decide if we have a three way split of FAQ, or a two way split.... It will
keep them busy at the keyboards.
And for the record, as it is a nightmare to decide what is n00b and what is
not... let's keep it simple.... that's my vote. At which point you will all
want 249,333.5 levels of expertise and expect the wiki/docs team to have
them all correctly placed..... To which I can only remark... "When was the
last time you actually saw a snow-flake in hell?"
Regards,
Phill.
