Hi,

No doubt you were before me and know more about Lubuntu than myself but if
I may, "who" is deciding whether "abc" application is needed or essential
to a distro or not? based on what? I'd appreciate if you or anyone else
could explain this process :)

Yes, we can't please everyone (apparently I'm one of those :D) but I see NO
harm in working harder to be as close as possible. This is my personal
opinion and as everyone knows, I'm NOT a developer but was, still and will
keep talking about Lubuntu as a user first of all then as a member of this
wonderful family :)
