Anyone here qualified to install Lubuntu?

I am certified... and feel your idea between volunteer & nurse quite funny.
I am certified to [1], the designer of pcmanfm [2] is a surgeon, I'd be
quite happy to go under the knife with him as my surgeon, I would not trust
you.
One thing you have not quite realised is that there are many people more
qualified than you in life.
