Nope its just that they were there before also as dependencies but did not show up in the menu as they had no .desktop file.
So either hiding them (would be the easiest change) or removing them (there we have to first look at the dependencies). To my knowledge every linux distribution ships with xterm. I would suggest then to keep at least this.

Probably because simple programs like uxterm and xterm use less
resources than the more feature-full lxterm.
