Openbox Configuration Manager - Lubuntu 12.04

Hi,

Perhaps I need to change my glasses but I checked like 10 times and I'm
sure the Openbox Configuration Manager is MISSING from the Preferences Menu!

I also found this while searching for something. It says:

go to Preferences. Open Openbox Configuration Manager.
