That's the structure they prefer to use on the wiki to keep it uniform
across all pages. It doesn't have to be exactly that, just following
the style guide (which that one does pretty well). You've got to
remember the help wiki is more about specific applications,
semi-permanent workarounds, that sort of thing. It's not meant to be a
catch all for a project. I don't think a rework to pretty it up would
be as beneficial as an update of relevant information on the wiki.
Sure, it's good to make it look visually appealing but if you make it
look completely different to the rest of the help.u.c site it's going
to be painful to maintain into the future. The idea is to be as
inclusive as possible so someone who knows nothing about Lubuntu, but
has written other pages, can come in and write sections to help out in
a particular area they may know.
