Hi Ali,
first of all its a very good idea.
I am not exactly sure what you mean by "Poll". "just" a forumthread with
1-2 options to pick? Or some more details poll? I am remembering some
adobe formulars, where you have different questions, you can click
something and also leave a comment e.g. if you hit "i am not happy" a
text-area will open where you can name a reason.

I dont know the affort to create such a formular but maybe that would be
another possibility?

Maybe a 5-10 minute formular with questions about the usability, loved
features, missing features and so on.

Another interesting part would be how to inform the users about the
feedback-possibility.
