pcmanfm testing (bug fixes inside !)

Hi,

I added a bunch of patches in libfm and pcmanfm to fix some issues,
especially the nasty mount / umount / random-when-I-do-nothing crash
(see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pcmanfm/+bug/838489).

Before uploading it to precise, please give it a try to confirm or not
the bugs you reported against pcmanfm. It's available in lubuntu-staging
PPA, be sure to update pcmanfm AND libfm.

If you can confirm that a bug who reported is gone, please add a note in
the bug report, so I can close it after the upload.
