Like I said, your Downloads folder is still a Downloads folder, it's<br>
just not the right Downloads folder. It's the one in the Snap sandbox. I<br>
believe it should be in ~/snap somewhere. I'm not an expert. Lubuntu<br>
fought snaps really hard and I don't generally recommend them because<br>
just by having snapd running, you've got a lot of extra overhead.<br>
Anyways, once you find the right folder, you can put your stuff there<br>
and it will show up in the dialog.<br>

Perhaps you're using the wrong user agent. You might also try using<br>
Responsive Design Mode under Tools > Web Developer. Pick one of the<br>
phone options from the drop down at the left. There you go.<br>
