This looks pretty normal if you upgraded from Mantic to Noble. The Qt
packages you see are Qt6, *not* Qt5. While LXQt and many other
applications in Lubuntu 24.04 are powered by Qt5, we intentionally
avoided shipping Qt6 apps with Lubuntu 24.04 since we couldn't theme
them properly yet. qpdfview in Ubuntu 24.04 uses Qt6, so that's
probably what pulled in the Qt6 libraries. We replaced qpdfview with
Okular in Lubuntu 24.04, and you can see that it's slated for removal
in the list above. It's likely that this was the last/only package on
your system that used Qt6, and now that it's leaving, Qt6 can leave
with it.

That being said, always have backups of your important data, just in case. :)
