I have been running a bare metal Impish install from whenever it became
available, via modified sources.list.  Overall it is fine . . . lately on
apt upgrades there has been a "system error detected" notification that
keeps showing up.  No "details" drop down is provided, only "report
problem" or cancel.

I think one time I trashed the crash report directory???  Problem went away
for a short while, then returned.  Since I have a number of distro installs
I'm not drilling down on any one of them, but in the case of Impish overall
function is fine.
