[lubuntu-devel] Lubuntu 19.10 (Eoan Ermine) reaches End of Life on 17 July 2020

Following the [Ubuntu announcement][1] is the [Lubuntu blog post][2],
indicating the end of support for 19.10 (Eoan Ermine), starting Friday,
17th of July 2020.

In any case, if you're using 19.10 (see `lsb_release -d`), please
upgrade as soon as possible, but certainly before Friday.
