Well, it's an important one. If you have a system that you've changed
over time in any number of different ways, who knows what possible
things you could have done along the way that could have screwed things
up? I mean can you give me a log of literally everything you've ever
done?

If you can't repeat or reproduce the issue, it's nearly impossible for
us to do so, and that means it's a bug that really cannot be fixed.
