I've just spent 1 hour 41 minutes downloading:-
61340605da8aca28abd7ee65bcb6fbcf  cosmic-desktop-i386.iso

I was getting download speeds of 270 - 300Kb / sec for the iso. From what I
could tell, the problems were on at the server end of my connection.

Will start installing and testing.
