I tried to vote, but it is asking me to create a new account.

So I logged into my launchpad account (where bugs are submitted), an 
tried to vote again.

It again wanted me to create a new account.

I don't trust it, so I cannot vote.  Is this for real, or is it phishing 
for credentials?
