Unfortunately, it's too late. Urgent, in this case, really meant urgent.
Without testing, we were unable to release Beta 1. That said, I urge you
(and everyone else) to watch carefully to announcements if you want to
get involved in testing. If you want to be proactive, you would pay
attention to the [release schedule][1] and be at the ready. In addition,
the more daily testing that gets done, with bugs being reported and
followed up on, the more likely that the milestones are to go smoothly.
All of this is [documented][2] so it's not new thinking. If we are to
have a successful Final Beta, especially with all the bugs that have
popped up this cycle, this is what we'll need. If you have any questions
about this, please let me know.
