[lubuntu-devel] Lubuntu and entering standby via power button

Hi,

I am wondering if Lubuntu developers are aware of the issue of not being able to configure the power button behavior since Lubuntu 14.04 LTS.
I pretty much quit using Lubuntu for this reason since I do a lot of standby resume testing as a graphics device driver developer.
Last time I revisited the issue with Lubuntu 18.04 LTS, it was still broken.
I do really need the ability to enter standby via power button.
Any plans to remedy this issue?
