[lubuntu-devel] lubuntu next testcases

I ran lubuntu-next in Virtual Box and noticed that after the install I
installed the virtual guest drivers and rebooted, but I could not get full
screen on the console. However I was installing the arc-kde theme for the
PPA and it came with a few plasma dependancies one of them enabled full
screen. I know with stock lununtu I can get full screen in a VM with no
issue. Is the LXQT version stripped down?
