[lubuntu-devel] Lubuntu Seeds are now in Git

Hello everyone!

Lubuntu's Development Team has decided to convert Lubuntu's seeds to Git
from Bazaar. So where you would see independent branches like this:
https://code.launchpad.net/~lubuntu-dev/ubuntu-seeds/lubuntu.bionic
You will now see different Git branches in one central Git repository:
https://git.launchpad.net/~lubuntu-dev/ubuntu-seeds/+git/lubuntu
If you prefer viewing things in Phabricator, we have mirrored it there
too: http://phab.lubuntu.me/source/lubuntu-seed/

This change has been made on the metapackage side in 0.87 and on, and
any future lubuntu-meta SRUs should probably consider doing this
conversion as well.

We're the first flavor to do this, so hiccups shouldn't be out of the
question, but overall this should be a fairly low-impact change.
