still have Lu 16.04 installed on my old iBook G4 . . . which I ran and
updated over the weekend . . . seems like it is a bit "stressed" on web
sites, as the RAM is less than a GB. There are still people around who are
using PPC units; I advocate for the LTS lines to have support from Lu . . .
those who can get up on the RAM front and over 1 GHz processor should have
no problem running Lu . . . . Obviously there are other options, but it is
good that Lubuntu has continued support; my PPC machines are getting a tad
old, but still going.
