[lubuntu-devel] Alternate installer

Hi,

there's a step being missed

1) Select English
2) Install Lubuntu
3) Select Language = English
4) Select Location = United Kingdom
5) Configure Keyboard = No

This should then give the manual selection of keyboard... Instead it goes
straight into install.

Am now going to test Server installer.
