[lubuntu-devel] SRU / fixes for 16.04.1

Hi,

There is some fixes for 16.04.1 on the way :

- https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lubuntu-artwork/+bug/1582046
: Already in -updates, it should fix missing splash screen on boot,
and maybe the bug on unlocking encrypted home I think we had on 16.04.

- https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lubuntu-meta/+bug/1575460
: Need confirmation, it brings back the intel graphic support (black
screen en intel graphic card on 16.04).

- https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libfm/+bug/1562764 : Need
confirmation, it's a fix for a nasty crash of pcmanfm.

The Abiword flickering problem is still here, we currently don't have
a clean fix for 16.04.1.

If you have other bugs fixes in mind, let me know. It may be a bit
late for 16.04.1 but if it doesn't affect the ISO itself, it is still
good to have.
