Dear Gentleman,
In meanwhile was created entry on launchpad for this bug, and solution 
was part of that report:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/light-locker-settings/+bug/1559735

Is there any probability to fix that bug in Lubuntu?
