regular IRC meetings

As [you can see][1], Lubuntu hasn't had a regular meeting in a long, long
time. I really feel that things are starting to gel together for our team
(more soon) and I think it's time we start doing these again. Frankly, I
feel like a lot of the major players are already in constant touch with one
another, but I think it would be great if we all got together publicly and
report what we're working on. I can also see this as an opportunity for
other teams to swing by and ask questions and as a way to gather other
folks to find places to contribute.

[Xubuntu][2] has what appears to be monthly meetings and that seems to make
sense to me. I would like to suggest that we do these the 2nd Thursday of
the month at 17:30 UTC, for no more than an hour. That being said, I'll be
editing the wiki shortly for our first regular meeting again on Thursday.
At the least, come say hi.
