Xenial Alternate ISO's

With a suggestion yesterday from tarpman on #ubuntu-bugs as a further start
today and ianlorin suggesting testing ubuntu-server itself, teward came on
and we have the source of the bug. He's raised a new bug and I've amended
the one I'd raised as a book-mark to point to the new bug[1] as a duplicate.

The good news? It's not lubuntu's fault :D
