</div>Well, my main roll is to make sure meetings stay on agenda, sanction<br>
people to take charge of their own projects and give them a sense of<br>
entitled authority that they might not feel otherwise. There is no<br>
master or manager of a volunteer group, but a leader is a very useful<br>
position. Even if it's one just to take blame when things blow up.<br>
