[loco-contacts] Request for LoCo Council Nominations

Dear all!

I want to nominate Lina Porras [1] a Colombian leader whom have shown an
extraordinary commitment to Ubuntu and Open Source in general.  This
brilliant lady has moved everyone in the community around the purpose of
share knowledge and keep the people engaged about our goals.  She has all
the skills needed, and boy, knowing her, I know she would be an outstanding
and faithful member of the LoCo Council.

Please consider her as one of the candidates to fulfill this important role.
