[loco-contacts] 16.04 DVD packs for LoCos?

 From what I know, no DVDs will be printed at all from this release on. 
We should have USB sticks, though.

I haven't heard much about the USB sticks, though. It's been almost two 
months since release, which makes me wonder what's going on.
