Thank you for that Michael. It is unfortunate to have this happen. The
account was seemingly created last December from what I saw.
In general we try not to be too prescriptive but a blog post or two about
this may be worthwhile.

The person who did this certainly hasn't been keeping up as Mr. Ballmer owns an professional basketball team in Los Angeles now called the LA Clippers and left Microsoft a while ago. Apparently there is a key attached to the account which means they used Code of Conduct signing assistant after I pulled the key to look at it. The key even said it was generated by Code of Conduct signing assistant!

Per? is an open team so a removal will not do much good there. Local Communities have the ability to determine their own membership so they do have the option to nuke this account from being part of the membership of their groups.

Since three members of LoCo Council are in the leadership teams for impacted communities, that puts half the Council as involved indirectly in the situation. I really don't want to dump a case on Community Council so I am going to refrain from suggesting that at the moment.

>> The simplest way forward for the moment is to laugh at the joke, contact the user to ask how things are going taking ownership of the Clippers, see if they get thoroughly confused, and then deal with it as you deem best within your direct sphere of influence.
